Fitromo is an informational tool that helps you discover vehicle parts and surfaces listings from eBay. We are not a seller, retailer, or marketplace. All purchases are transactions between you and the eBay seller. Fitromo does not process payments, ship products, or handle returns.

We work to show parts that fit your selected vehicle, but fitment data, pricing, availability, and listing details come from third parties and can change or contain errors. Fitromodoes not guarantee that any part will fit your specific vehicle. Always verify compatibility (part numbers, specifications, and the seller's fitment notes) before purchasing.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including scraping or automated bulk querying, attempting to disrupt or overload our systems, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit, restrict, or block access that we believe harms the Service or other users.

The Fitromo name, design, and original content are owned by us. Vehicle, manufacturer, and eBay marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe fitment and listings.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitromo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from parts purchased through third-party listings, reliance on fitment information, or your use of the Service.
